Membership agreement terms

All memberships require a 12 month (12 payment) agreement. 

Members may cancel anytime after the initial 90 days (3 payments).

If Member choses to cancel before completing the first 90 days or (3 payments), the account will be billed for the full 90-day (3 payment) period.
